CD4013BDRG

The CD4013B is a dual D flip-flop consisting of two identical, independent data-type flip-flops. Each flip-flop has dedicated data, set (SD), reset (CD), clock input (CP), and Q and Q(overline) outputs. This device can be used as a shift register, and by connecting the Q output to the data input, it can also function as a counter and toggle flip-flop. On the rising edge of the clock, the logic level applied to the D input is transferred to the Q output. Set and reset operations are independent of the clock, and are accomplished by applying a high level to the set or reset line respectively. The CD4013B recommended operating supply voltage VDD ranges from 5V to 15V. All input ports must be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input pin.
