Overview
The CH410 is a power supply status monitoring IC designed to monitor the input supply voltage VCC and generate power-on reset and undervoltage reset signals. When the input supply VCC reaches the threshold voltage, the IC enables the output VOUT after a delay of several milliseconds; when the input supply VCC drops below the threshold voltage, the IC immediately shuts down and discharges the output VOUT.

- Monitors power supply state changes, converting slowly rising or noisy inputs into reliable power signals
- Integrated POR function, providing power-on, undervoltage, and delayed reset signals
- Active-high or active-low reset output; active-low reset is open-drain
- Supports 5V, 3.3V, or 2.5V supply voltage
- SOT363 (SC70-6L) compact lead-free package, RoHS compliant
