CH440G, CH440P, CH440R, CH442E, CH443K, CH444G, CH444P, and CH448F are analog switch ICs rated for 5V supply voltage, featuring high bandwidth and low on-resistance, with support for 3.3V or lower supply voltages. CH445P is an analog switch IC rated for 3.3V supply voltage, featuring high bandwidth and low on-resistance, with support for 2.5V or lower supply voltages. CH440G, CH440P, CH440R, and CH445P each contain 4 channels of low-resistance wideband bidirectional 2:1 analog switches, forming a quad-channel 2:1 MUX (QPDT), suitable for 2:1 switching of video or USB signals. CH442E contains 2 channels of low-resistance wideband bidirectional 2:1 analog switches, forming a dual-channel 2:1 MUX (DPDT), suitable for 2:1 switching of video or USB signals. CH443K contains 1 channel of low-resistance wideband bidirectional 2:1 analog switch, forming a single-channel 2:1 MUX (SPDT), suitable for 2:1 signal switching of video and other signals, simple logic gate functions such as AND/OR/NOT, or digital signal level translation between two voltage domains. CH444G and CH444P each contain 2 channels of low-resistance wideband bidirectional 4:1 analog switches, forming a dual-channel 4:1 MUX (DPQT), suitable for 4:1 switching of video or USB signals. CH448F contains a pair of differential signal low-resistance wideband bidirectional 8:1 analog switches, forming a dual-channel 8:1 MUX (DPOT), suitable for 8:1 switching of video or USB signals. Additionally, by combining control of the two-channel global enable pins, a 16:1 MUX can be implemented.
