CH445P is an analog switch IC rated for 3.3V supply voltage, featuring high bandwidth and low on-resistance, with support for 2.5V or lower supply voltages. CH440 and CH445 contain 4 channels of 2:1 low-resistance wideband bidirectional analog switches, forming a 4-channel 2:1 multiplexer suitable for 2:1 switching of video or USB signals. CH442 contains 2 channels of 2:1 low-resistance wideband bidirectional analog switches, forming a dual-channel 2:1 multiplexer suitable for 2:1 switching of video or USB differential signals. CH443 contains 1 channel of 2:1 low-resistance wideband bidirectional analog switches, forming a single-channel 2:1 multiplexer suitable for 2:1 switching of video and other signals, implementing simple logic gate functions such as AND, OR, and NOT, or digital signal level translation between two different voltage domains. CH444 contains 2 channels of 4:1 low-resistance wideband bidirectional analog switches, forming a dual-channel 4:1 multiplexer suitable for 4:1 switching of video or USB differential signals. CH448 contains a pair of differential signal 8:1 low-resistance wideband bidirectional analog switches, forming a dual-channel 8:1 multiplexer suitable for 8:1 switching of video or USB signals. In addition, CH448F supports 16:1 multiplexing by combining control of the two-channel global enable pins.
