Overview
CJ431E/CD431E is a three-terminal adjustable precision Zener shunt voltage regulator with guaranteed thermal stability over the entire operating range. It features sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature drift, and low output impedance. By selecting two external resistors configured as a voltage divider network, the output voltage can be set to any value between VREF and the maximum cathode voltage, making it an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, and other adjustable voltage regulators.
