The CJ6336 series is a family of low-dropout linear regulators manufactured using CMOS technology. It supports input voltages up to 26V and features ultra-low quiescent current and low dropout voltage, delivering high output current even when the input-to-output voltage differential is very small. These characteristics help modern appliances meet increasingly stringent energy requirements and extend battery life in portable power solutions. The series offers fixed-voltage versions with multiple output voltage options available. The fixed-voltage versions require no external resistors, minimizing PCB size.
