CJ74HC74ADN

CJ74HC/HCT74 is a dual positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with individual data, clock, set, and reset inputs, and complementary nQ and n/Q outputs. Input data at nD that meets setup and hold time requirements is stored in the flip-flop and appears at the nQ output on the low-to-high clock transition. The Schmitt-trigger action on the clock input makes the circuit highly tolerant of slower clock rise and fall times. Inputs include clamp diodes, enabling the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages exceeding VCC.
