High-performance low-dropout linear regulator featuring ultra-low noise and ultra-high PSRR architecture, ideal for noise-sensitive applications. Integrates an on-chip high-precision current reference and high-performance voltage buffer; output voltage is set with a single external resistor. This architecture also enables multiple devices to be connected in parallel to further reduce noise, increase output current, and improve thermal dissipation on the PCB. Delivers 200mA output current at a typical dropout voltage of 350mV. Typical quiescent current is 2mA in normal operation and less than 1μA in shutdown mode. Provides stable, high-quality performance across a wide output voltage range of 1.7V to 15V, with output noise, PSRR, bandwidth, and load regulation virtually unaffected by output voltage. Additional features include programmable current limit, fast startup, and power-good indication. Stable operation is achieved with a minimum 4.7μF ceramic output capacitor. The device also incorporates current-limit protection and thermal shutdown to ensure system safety. Available in MSOP10 and DFN10 packages, with an operating temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
