Overview
A linear regulator in an ultra-small package featuring ultra-low noise, high PSRR, fast transient response, and low dropout. The device delivers 200mA output current at a typical dropout voltage of 210mV. Input voltage range is 3V to 16V with an adjustable output voltage range of 1.2V to 16V. Quiescent current is typically 0.3mA in normal operation and less than 4μA in shutdown mode, making it ideal for noise-sensitive and low-power applications. The device requires a minimum 2.2μF ceramic capacitor at the output for stable operation and integrates current-limiting and over-temperature protection for system safety. Available in DFN4 and DFN6 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
