Overview
CMP6510V is a push-pull transformer driver integrating a pair of N-channel power MOSFETs, with an internal oscillator providing complementary drive signals with precise timing and dead-time control. Combined with a matched transformer, the driver enables isolated power supplies with 3.3V or 5V input voltage and up to 2W output power. By selecting different transformers with only a simple diode peripheral circuit, unregulated outputs from 3.3V to 24V can be achieved. The IC incorporates multiple protection features including soft-start, overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage lockout.
