CMP6513S

CMP6503S/CMP6513S is a low-noise, low-EMI full-bridge isolated power transformer driver designed for miniaturized isolated power supply solutions. The device integrates two pairs of N-type and P-type power MOSFETs, and provides complementary drive signals with precise timing and dead-time control via a built-in oscillator. It features three-stage frequency selection, with spread-spectrum clocking integrated into each frequency band to further reduce EMI radiation in multiphase power supply applications. Combined with a transformer and the necessary capacitors, resistors, and rectifier diodes, this driver supports a variety of isolated unregulated power supply configurations, including: 5.0V input/5.0V output at 200 mA output capability; 3.3V input/3.3V output at 100 mA output capability; and 5.0V input/3.3V output or 3.3V input/5.0V output conversion.
