Overview

CMP6713HV is a full-bridge transformer driver with two integrated N-type power MOSFETs and two P-type power MOSFETs. The device generates complementary drive signals with precise timing and dead-time control via an internal oscillator. When paired with a compatible transformer, it enables an isolated power supply supporting an input voltage range of 6.5V to 30V and output power up to 5W. By selecting different transformers with only simple input/output filter capacitors, an isolation transformer, and a rectifier circuit, multiple unregulated output voltages can be achieved. The device supports resistor-programmable switching frequency, continuously adjustable from 200 to 420 kHz.
