Overview

CMP6713R is a full-bridge transformer driver integrating two N-type and two P-type power MOSFETs on-chip, providing complementary drive signals with precise timing and dead-time via an internal oscillator. Paired with a compatible transformer, this driver supports isolated power supplies with an input voltage range of 6.5V–30V and output power up to 2W. With different transformers and only simple input/output filter capacitors, an isolation transformer, and a rectifier circuit, multiple unregulated output voltages can be achieved. The device offers resistor-programmable frequency selection, enabling continuous switching frequency adjustment within the 200–420 kHz range along with simultaneous spread-spectrum frequency dithering.
