Overview

CMP6713RE is a full-bridge transformer driver integrating two N-type and two P-type power MOSFETs on-chip. It provides complementary drive signals with precise timing and dead-time control via an internal oscillator. Paired with a matched transformer, this driver enables isolated power supplies with an input voltage range of 6.5V to 30V and output power up to 2W. By selecting different transformers with only minimal input/output filter capacitors, an isolation transformer, and a rectifier circuit, multiple unregulated output voltages can be achieved. The device supports resistor-programmable frequency selection, allowing continuous switching frequency adjustment from 200 kHz to 420 kHz with simultaneous spread-spectrum frequency dithering.
