Overview

CMP6793RE is a bridge transformer driver integrating two 30V N-type power MOSFETs and two 30V P-type power MOSFETs. It generates complementary drive signals with precise timing and dead-time via an internal oscillator, and incorporates spread spectrum frequency modulation. Combined with a compatible transformer, this driver enables an isolated power supply with an input voltage range of 6.5V to 30V and output power up to 6W. By selecting different transformers paired with only simple diodes, multiple unregulated output voltages can be achieved.
