CN2626

CN2626 is a low-noise linear voltage regulator IC with a maximum output current of 1A. It maintains stable voltage output with input voltages ranging from 2.7V to 6V. CN2626 offers fixed output voltages of 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.1V, 3.3V, 4.0V, and 5V. The internal high-precision voltage reference, error amplifier, and resistor divider network ensure output voltage accuracy within ±1%. CN2626 remains stable with output filter capacitors as low as 1uF. Protection features include thermal regulation, output short-circuit protection, constant current operating mode, high-speed output overcurrent protection, and output-to-input reverse current protection. To prevent excessive junction temperature, CN2626 employs thermal regulation rather than thermal shutdown. The internal power management circuit automatically reduces output current when the junction temperature exceeds 130°C, allowing users to maximize the device's power handling capability without risk of damaging the IC or external components due to overheating. CN2626 is a voltage source with a constant current mode that sets the maximum output current. The constant current level can be configured via a resistor on the ICC pin, with a settable range of 30mA to 1.05A. By correctly setting the constant current level, CN2626 can therefore be used as a constant current source.
