CN61CN33

The CN61C series are high-precision, low-power voltage detector ICs developed using CMOS process technology. This series requires no external components, improving system reliability and reducing system cost. When the monitored supply voltage falls below the detection threshold, the CN61C series drives the RES pin low; when the supply voltage rises above the detection threshold plus hysteresis, the RES pin goes high. This series offers both CMOS output and open-drain output configurations. The CN61C series is available in a 3-pin SOT23 package. The CN61C series is primarily used for battery voltage monitoring. The internal circuit includes a voltage comparator, a low-power voltage reference, a resistor divider network, and an output driver circuit. When the supply voltage falls below the detection threshold, the RES pin outputs a low level; after the supply voltage rises above the sum of the detection threshold and hysteresis, the RES pin outputs a high level. The CN61C series provides both CMOS output and open-drain output. The CN61C is designed to ensure that brief supply voltage dips do not affect the RES pin output. Reliable output is guaranteed across the entire operating temperature range even when the supply voltage drops as low as 1.15V.
