Overview
The CN825 series reset ICs monitor power supplies for digital units such as microprocessors, controllers, DSPs, and memories. When the monitored supply powers up, powers down, or experiences a transient undervoltage condition, the CN825 series outputs a reset signal to prevent erroneous instruction execution. The reset threshold of the CN825 series ICs is internally fixed with 1% accuracy.
