COSUSB42MUX

COSUSB42 is a low-voltage, high-bandwidth DPDT CMOS analog switch with a single output enable control pin. The device operates from a single supply of 1.8V to 5.5V, passing rail-to-rail signals. The switch conducts bidirectionally with consistent performance when on. The output enable pin places the signal path in a high-impedance state, isolating the bus and reducing current consumption when not in use. The device features low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, and incorporates a break-before-make function to prevent signal distortion during channel switching. The device is ideal for switching high-speed USB 2.0 signals in mobile phones and consumer applications where USB I/O count is limited.
