DK020G

DK020G is a current-mode controlled quasi-resonant flyback AC-DC power management switch IC. It integrates a 700V/1.2Ω GaN HEMT, control circuit, and gate driver circuit on-chip, significantly reducing the external component count and effectively lowering overall system cost. The DK020G operates in Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM). When the core energy is fully released and the resonance between the primary inductance and the GaN HEMT junction capacitance reaches its valley point, the primary power switch turns on, thereby reducing switching turn-on losses and improving efficiency across the entire power range.
