Overview
DK045GRN is a highly integrated quasi-resonant flyback AC-DC power switch IC featuring a 700V/330mΩ GaN HEMT. The IC detects the power transistor drain voltage V_D,Λ and turns on the power transistor when V_D reaches its minimum value, thereby reducing switching losses and improving EMI. This IC greatly simplifies the design and manufacturing of flyback AC-DC converters, making it particularly suitable for products requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density. It incorporates comprehensive protection features, including output OVP, VCC over/under-voltage protection, OTP, open-loop protection, and output OCP. This product series is available in a PDFN5×6 package.
