Overview

DK5V100R10M is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectification IC with only A and K pins, corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode respectively. No external components are required. It significantly reduces the conduction loss of conventional Schottky diodes and improves overall system efficiency. The IC integrates an internal 100V power NMOS transistor and adopts an SM-10 package.
