Overview
The DK5V100R15M is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectification IC featuring only A and K pins, corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode. The IC integrates an internal 100V power NMOS, which significantly reduces diode conduction losses and improves overall system efficiency, serving as a drop-in replacement for equivalent-rated Schottky rectifier diodes currently on the market. Requiring no external components, it substantially reduces the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes and improves overall system efficiency.
