Overview

DK5V100R15S is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectification IC requiring no external components. It significantly reduces the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes, improving overall system efficiency. The IC integrates a 100V power NMOS internally, housed in an SM-7 package (compatible with TO-277), with only two pins — A and K — corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode. It can directly replace equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently available on the market.
