DK5V100R15V is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectification IC featuring only two pins — A (Anode) and K (Cathode) — corresponding to those of a Schottky diode. The IC integrates an internal 100V, 15mΩ power NMOS, significantly reducing the conduction loss of conventional Schottky diodes to improve overall system efficiency, and serves as a drop-in replacement for standard Schottky rectifier diodes. It is offered in an SM-7 package, which is compatible with the TO-277 standard. The IC employs self-powered technology requiring no external auxiliary supply, and features a built-in intelligent detection system that operates without a front-end synchronization signal. It is suitable for flyback PSR and SSR topologies and operates reliably in CCM, DCM, and QR modes. In addition, it offers improved EMI performance and complies with halogen-free and RoHS environmental requirements.
