The DK5V100R20S is a simple, high-efficiency synchronous rectification IC featuring only two pins — A and K — corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode. The IC integrates a 100V power NMOS internally, which significantly reduces diode conduction losses, improves overall system efficiency, and serves as a drop-in replacement for equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently available on the market. The DK5V100R20S is housed in an SM-7 package (compatible with TO-277). It is a simple, high-efficiency two-pin synchronous rectification IC that requires no external components, dramatically reducing the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes and improving overall system efficiency.
