Overview
DK5V120R38V is a simple-structure, high-efficiency synchronous rectification chip with only two pins — A (Anode) and K (Cathode) — corresponding to those of a Schottky diode. The chip integrates an internal 120V power NMOS transistor to significantly reduce diode conduction losses, thereby improving overall system efficiency. It is designed as a drop-in replacement for equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes on the market. The chip adopts an SM-7 package, compatible with the TO-277 package.
