Overview

DK5V45R10 is a synchronous rectifier diode chip. The chip integrates a 45V power NMOS transistor, which significantly reduces diode conduction losses, improves overall system efficiency, and can replace equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently available on the market. The DK5V45R10 features a built-in energy storage capacitor and self-powered circuitry to meet the chip and power MOSFET driving requirements, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
