The IC integrates an internal 45V power NMOS, which significantly reduces diode conduction losses, improves overall system efficiency, and serves as a drop-in replacement for equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently on the market. DK5V45R10ST1 is packaged in a TO-220F package.
