It integrates a 45V power NMOS internally, significantly reducing diode conduction losses, improving overall system efficiency, and replacing equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently on the market. DK5V45R25P comes in an SOP-8 package. DK5V45R25P is a simple, high-efficiency 3-pin synchronous rectification IC. In 5V low-side applications, VCC is connected directly to the positive output terminal with no external components required, significantly reducing the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes and improving overall system efficiency.
