Overview
This device is a highly integrated quasi-resonant flyback AC-DC power switch IC featuring a 700V GaN HEMT. It detects the drain voltage of the power transistor and turns it on at the valley point, thereby reducing switching losses and improving EMI performance. This design greatly simplifies the design and manufacturing of flyback AC-DC converters, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density. The device incorporates comprehensive protection features, including output OVP, VCC over/under-voltage protection, OTP, open-loop protection, and output OCP.
