DK8075

DK8075 is a highly integrated quasi-resonant flyback AC-DC power switch IC featuring a 700V/101mΩ GaN HEMT. By sensing the drain voltage V_D,Λ (valley voltage) of the power transistor, it turns on the power transistor when V_p (drain voltage) reaches its minimum, thereby reducing switching losses and improving EMI. This IC greatly simplifies the design and manufacturing of flyback AC-DC converters, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density. The DK8075 incorporates comprehensive protection features, including output overvoltage protection, VCC over/undervoltage protection, overtemperature protection, open-loop protection, and output overcurrent protection.
