Overview
This series is an AC-DC power management power switch IC integrating a 700V GaN HEMT, featuring constant power functionality and operating in quasi-resonant mode to improve power system efficiency. The IC greatly simplifies the design and manufacturing of flyback AC-DC converters, making it especially suitable for applications requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density. It integrates comprehensive protection features, including VCC OVP/UVP, over-temperature protection, primary OCP, output OVP/UVP, VS pull-up resistor open protection, VS pull-down resistor short protection, and CS resistor short protection. This series is available in an ESOP-7 package.
