Overview
The DML1008LDS is a single-channel load switch in a small package with ultra-low on-resistance. It integrates an N-channel MOSFET capable of operating at input voltages up to V<sub>VBIAS</sub> with 1.5V, supporting a 6A current path with a 3.2V to 5.5V bias supply. The load switch is controlled via the ON pin by a low-voltage control signal.
