DP3367C is an offline constant-voltage current-mode PWM power management IC with an integrated 4.5A/650V high-voltage power MOSFET. It features high efficiency across full load, low no-load power consumption, low EMI, high EMS immunity, and minimal external components. Suitable for offline flyback switching converters with AC85V–264V input voltage and output power up to 24W, meeting Level VI energy efficiency standards. DP3367C is a peak current control PWM power management IC designed for offline flyback topology switching converters. It integrates a 4.5A/650V high-voltage MOSFET, supporting output power up to 24W under AC 85V–264V input conditions. The IC incorporates comprehensive protection features and adaptive operating mode selection, enabling power systems based on DP3367C to achieve high efficiency across full load, low no-load power consumption, low EMI, high EMS immunity, and minimal external components.
