DP4111

DP411X is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace secondary-side Schottky diodes in flyback converters, featuring an ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. DP411X supports both "floating ground" and "common ground" synchronous rectification architectures, as well as discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and quasi-resonant mode (QR) operation. DP411X integrates a VDD high-voltage supply module, eliminating the need for a VDD auxiliary winding supply and reducing system cost. DP411X incorporates built-in VDD undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection and VDD voltage clamping.
