Overview

This series is a family of low-dropout voltage regulators featuring a wide input voltage range, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. With fast transient response, they are well suited for applications requiring rapid instantaneous load transitions. By selecting a model with an enable pin and pulling it low, shutdown mode can be activated, with a typical shutdown current of only 100nA. These linear regulators maintain stability with ceramic output capacitors across a wide input voltage range and the full output load current range.
