Overview

The DS8575 series is a family of low-dropout linear regulators featuring a wide input voltage range (1.2V to 5.5V), low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. With a quiescent current of only 0.25µA, these devices are ideal for powering battery-operated, always-on systems that require extremely low idle-state power dissipation to extend battery life. A shutdown mode is available by selecting a variant with an EN pin and pulling it low. In this mode, the shutdown current can be as low as 10nA typical. The series maintains stability with ceramic output capacitors across the full input voltage range (1.2V to 5.5V) and entire output load current range (0mA to 300mA).
