Overview
The DS8601 series is a family of low-dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 2V to 55V, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. The DS8601's quiescent current as low as 2.2μA makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extending standby time and battery life. The DS8601 features an EN enable function — pulling the EN pin low enters shutdown mode, in which quiescent current drops to as low as 10nA (typical). The DS8601 series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 2V to 55V input voltage range and output load current range of 0mA to 200mA.
