Overview
The DS8606 series is a family of low-dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 2V to 55V, low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and compact packaging. With a quiescent current as low as 2.2μA, the DS8606 is particularly well-suited for battery-powered systems requiring extended standby operation, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively prolong both standby time and battery life. The DS8606 series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 2V to 55V input voltage range and throughout the entire output load current range of 0mA to 200mA.
