Overview
EG3001 is a single-channel, cost-effective gate/base driver IC dedicated to power MOSFETs or high-power bipolar transistors. It integrates input logic signal processing, SD fast shutdown circuitry, and high-current output drive circuitry, making it ideal for power MOSFET drivers in power converters and motor controllers. The EG3001 features a wide supply voltage range of 3V~30V and low quiescent current of only 2mA. Its output stage provides separate source current (OUTD) and sink current (OUTS) pins, enabling independent adjustment of the rise time and fall time at the MOSFET gate.
