Overview
The UMW UCC27517DBVR is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver. Its proprietary latch-up resistant CMOS technology enables a single-chip integrated architecture with high robustness. The device's logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or TTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features an internal undervoltage lockout circuit with hysteresis and an output current buffer stage. The device is designed for a wide VCC operating range of 5V to 25V and a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
