EG4002C

EG4002 is a mixed-signal ASIC designed for microwave and infrared signal amplification and processing output. It integrates an operational amplifier, dual-threshold voltage comparator, reference voltage source, delay timer, blocking timer, and state controller, making it suitable for burglar alarm systems, human body-activated door control devices, lighting control switches, and similar applications. The EG4002 operates at a supply voltage of +3V~+6V, implemented using CMOS mixed-signal IC technology in an 8-pin package. This design reduces peripheral component count and overall cost while saving PCB board space.
