Key features

• Cover tape peel strength: 0.1N ≤ peel strength ≤ 0.6N
• When peeling the cover tape, the carrier tape shall not adhere to the cover tape, and the peeling direction is as shown below
• After exposure to 60±3°C, 90~95% RH for 120 hours, the cover tape shall not peel off from the carrier tape
• Components shall be placed in the pockets with the same side facing up (resistor paste side up)
• Cumulative pitch tolerance over 10 pitches shall be within ±0.2mm
• When the tape is bent to a radius of 15mm, neither the tape nor the pockets shall be damaged
• Components in the pockets shall not adhere to the bottom tape/cover tape
• When components are removed from the pockets, they shall not be obstructed by tape fragments or foreign matter
• The cover tape shall not overlap the sprocket holes of the carrier tape
• The number of missing components shall not exceed 0.1% of the total component count (labeled quantity) or 1 piece, whichever is greater; consecutive missing components shall not exceed 2
• The tape feed direction shall be as shown in the diagram below
• The leader section shall consist of cover tape and empty pockets only (no resistors)
• The trailer section shall consist of empty pockets (no resistors), and the trailer tape shall not be secured to the reel with adhesive — it must be the type that can be easily pulled out from the reel
