Overview
ETA5041 is an LDO linear regulator with an ultra-low standby current as low as 2.5μA. It withstands input voltages up to 48V and delivers 300mA output current. The device supports fixed or adjustable output voltage with a wide input voltage range of 3V to 45V. It also features short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown. These characteristics make the ETA5041 an ideal power solution for low-power applications such as IoT, portable, and multi-cell battery-powered systems. The ETA5041 is available in SOT23-5 or ESOP8 packages.
