Overview
ETA9351 is a power management unit integrating three channels of high-frequency synchronous buck converters. Each channel delivers up to 3.5A output current with an input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V. Each channel employs an adaptive constant on-time control scheme, achieving fast transient response while maintaining a constant switching frequency. It eliminates the minimum on-time limitation typically required by fixed-frequency current-mode buck converters. Each channel can be independently enabled or disabled via a dedicated enable pin, providing flexibility for easy power-up sequencing. All three channels are integrated in a compact QFN4X4-24L package, significantly saving board space.
