FM6565QB

FM6565QB is an LED full-color display driver IC designed specifically for high-refresh-rate applications. The FM6565QB integrates a 16-bit shift register that converts serial input data into grayscale pixel values for each output channel. The 16 constant-current output channels of the FM6565QB deliver output current independent of the load voltage at the output terminals, providing consistent and stable output current unaffected by PCB variations, with excellent noise immunity. FM6565QB not only allows adjustment of the output current level via external resistors of different values, but also supports software-based channel current gain adjustment to control LED display brightness. FM6565QB adopts Fuman's proprietary EPWM display technology for finer and more refined visual performance. FM6565QB supports up to 64-scan LED scanning displays. Through technological innovation, it effectively addresses issues such as low-gray banding, color deviation, mottling, first-row dimness, high-contrast coupling, and cross-panel color difference. An open-circuit detection function is integrated internally, effectively resolving the cross-artifact issue caused by faulty LED pixels. In addition, the built-in blanking/clamping circuit in FM6565QB, combined with different configuration bits, significantly enhances blanking/clamping capability, effectively eliminating upper/lower ghosting and text ghosting artifacts, while also greatly improving cross-panel coupling, high-contrast coupling, and mid-contrast coupling display defects. A black-screen power-saving function is also included to reduce power consumption during black-screen periods. FM6565QB can internally generate the GCLK signal to optimize system performance, and features excellent dynamic adaptation and channel adaptation with higher precision.
