Overview
FP6182 is a low dropout, low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current positive LDO regulator. The device delivers 300mA output current and operates with a low dropout voltage of approximately 160mV, optimized for battery-powered systems or portable wireless devices such as mobile phones. Its shutdown function can be remotely controlled via an external signal to enable/disable the FP6182; current consumption in shutdown mode is less than 0.1μA. The regulator maintains stability with output capacitors as small as 1μF. Protection features include current limiting and foldback current limiting. The FP6182 provides high-accuracy output voltage of ±1%. The device is available in compact UTDFN-4L (1.0mm×1.0mm) and SOT-23-5 packages.
