FSW6860 is a high-speed and full-speed bidirectional passive switch configurable as a multiplexer or demultiplexer. The device is suitable for USB Type-C applications supporting USB 3.1 Gen 1 data rates. It is a general-purpose analog differential passive switch for any high-speed interface application requiring a common-mode voltage range of 0 to 2V with differential signal amplitudes up to 1800 mVpp. Adaptive tracking technology ensures consistent channel characteristics across the entire common-mode voltage range. The device's excellent dynamic performance enables high-speed switching with minimal signal eye diagram degradation and very low added jitter. Operating power consumption is below 2mW, with a shutdown mode enabled via the EN pin at less than 20uW. The FSW6860 full-speed signal channel is a bidirectional, single-pole double-throw CMOS analog switch primarily targeting audio switching applications. Features include guaranteed on-resistance matching between switches and guaranteed on-resistance flatness across the signal range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals.
