Overview
The FT24C128A series is a 131,072-bit serial EEPROM organized as 16,384 words of 8 bits each. Manufactured using a proprietary advanced CMOS process, these devices are suited for low-power and low-voltage applications. They are available in standard 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, 8-pin MSOP, 8-pin TSSOP, and 8-pin DFN packages. All read and write operations are implemented via a standard two-wire serial interface. The extended VCC operating range of 1.8V to 5.5V makes these devices suitable for a wide range of applications.
